FAQ
Common questions.
Who can join the syndicate?
Accredited investors. In the US, that's a $200K individual income (or $300K joint), or $1M net worth excluding primary residence. We verify before your first deal.
What's the typical check size?
Minimums usually start around $2,000–$5,000 per deal depending on round dynamics. You opt in deal-by-deal.
How are deals sourced?
From the same pipeline our newsletters cover, plus founder intros from readers and partners. Every deal goes through diligence before it reaches you.
What fees do you charge?
Standard syndicate carry on profits and a small per-deal admin fee that covers the SPV. Both are disclosed on every deal page.
Not an offer to sell or solicitation to buy securities. Unicorner is not a registered investment advisor.
